My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although spacious and clean, lacked windows, which affected my sleep after a long flight. The service was friendly overall, but there were some issues with transportation arrangements. The location was perfect for being near Khao San Road without the noise, but some confusion with room redirects. The dining options were good, although in a different location, and the facilities were adequate.
